U.S. Women's Open

Momoko Ueda missed the cut at the U.S. Women's Open (July 08 - 11 in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, the U.S.).

In the first round, she made nine bogeys to be tied for 111th at nine-over-par, 11 shots off the lead.

In the second round, she made four birdies and eight bogeys to miss the cut, tied for 88th at 13-over-par, three shots off the cut line.

Paula Creamer won her ninth LPGA career victory and first major championship victory at three-under-par, while enduring the pain on her left thumb she had surgery on in March.

Congratulations, Paula!

Momoko will play at the Evian Masters in Evian-les-Bains, France, July 22 - 25.
