In the first round, Momoko hit it into the water three times in a row on Hole 3, 172-yard par 3. She made three birdies, two bogeys, and one triple-par to be tied for 83rd at five-over-par, 11 strokes back from the leader Yui Kawahara.

In the second round, Momoko made one birdie, five bogeys, and one double-bogey to be tied for 90th at 11-over-par, but wound up 11 shots shy of the cut line. The 36-hole co-leaders are Tamie Durdin and Yukari Baba at 10-under-par.

Na-Ri Kim won the tournament at 13-under-par. Congratulations!

Momoko isn't qualified for playing at the final tournament on the 2010 LPGA of Japan Tour, or the LPGA (of Japan) Tour Championship RICOH Cup in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan (November 25 - 28).

Players who have won one or more events on the 2010 LPGA of Japan Tour and/or are in the 25th or higher place on the money ranking on the 2010 LPGA of Japan Tour after the Daio Paper Elleair Ladies Open was over will be qualified to compete in the LPGA (of Japan) Tour Championship RICOH Cup.

Momoko didn't win any of the events and is in the 39th place on the money ranking on the 2010 LPGA of Japan Tour as of November 21.

She may compete in the LPGA Tour Championship in Orlando, Florida, the U.S. (December 02 -05).
